WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?
Our clinic is conveniently located on Main Street in Chestermere, AB. We are a
stone's through away from Chestermere City Hall, facing the lake. Enjoy complimentary parking at either the front or back side of the building.
Enter through the front-side of the building, you will not miss our Nu-Gen Dental Hygiene on the face of the building.

As you walk into the space, you can remove your outdoor footwear in the vestibule. We will provide a complimentary pair of slippers to wear inside the clinic.
​
Our receptionist will greet you and check you in for your appointment. Relax, take a seat in our comforting waiting area until your dental hygiene provider comes to greet you.
DURING APPOINTMENT
Your dental hygiene provider will come to greet you and show you into the dental operatory room. Take a seat in our top of the line chairs. You will discuss any areas of concern or questions you may have prior to beginning the treatment. You will be offered overhead entertainment or the option of music.

Kick your feet up with a cozy blanket, and enjoy the calming sensation of aromatherapy. You will also be offered the option of a complimentary hand paraffin wax treatment, or lip scrub.

During treatment, comfort is our main priority. If you need to slow down or ask any questions, do not hesitate to communicate your needs with the hygienist provider. We are ultimately here to provide the best possible experience for you.

To end the appointment, you will be handed a warm face towel to freshen your face and hands.
COMPLETING APPOINTMENT / DEPARTURE
At the end of your treatment, the dental hygiene provider will discuss any areas of concern and suggested regimes moving forward if necessary. We want to ensure we are creating comprehensive plans for our patients and providing them the tools to maintain good oral health in between appointments.

We will walk you to the reception area, where the receptionist will help complete your billing whether it be through insurance or out of pocket. Our reception team will book you in for your next appointment, based on your individualized needs.
